Can't make kunena as my site's home page i got some other stuff to put on it.

If that is your decision then you will need to write a module to achieve what you want. In effect, this module does everything that Kunena, the component, does with the Recent Discussions tab. If that is what you want then that's what you have to do. For me, this will involve a lot of work to get it to look like you've illustrated in your image.

If you are not able to do that yourself, are you willing to pay someone else to do it for you?

yes i would do the payment if someone develop this module to me for a reasonable price. can you write this module?
