Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Having just read Sozzled's 'I have the same problem ... (please read this before you ask for support)' and followed his instructions, I'll apologise in advance for asking my dumb beginner's question - I'm a couple of weeks into Joomla and only installed Kunena last night.

All I want to know is . . .

Why do I get sent back to my Home Page when I log into the Forum?
Is there any simple solution?

Dumb, I know, but we all have to start somewhere!

PS. Correct me if I'm wrong but it doesn't appear to be covered in the 'I have the same problem' Wiki (probably because it's too basic :S )

There's no such thing as a dumb question. What complicates the problem, what exacerbates, confuses, muddles, obfuscates and (a million other words that basically mean, in a polite way, "screws things up") the issue is when one person's problem becomes everyone else's same problem! I am gratified that someone found my light-hearted I have the same problem ... topic interesting. I realise that it's difficult to explain an issue in a few words and it's considerably more difficult when English is not your native language. :)

I think the important point is that I do know where to look now but to be perfectly honest even though my native language IS English I wouldn't have known how to phrase the search.

Learning anything is a slow process so I humbly thank both your good self and xillibit once again for your time and patience.
