Adding two ads columns was created by bub
Hi,

I'm looking for a little advice on how to add to 120px wide skyscraper adverts to the left and right hand side of the forum.

I would like the graphics to display on every main forum page.

This will hopefully compress the forum in the centre.

Could anyone please advise on the file and code position I need to place the ads in.

Your help is very much appreciated.

regards

Easy way to achieve this would be publish a module in the left and right positions in Joomla and then only enable them for the Forum. This way they show up on the forum but not on the main pages and other parts of your site.

Lots of google module options here:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/ads-a-affiliates/google-ads

Having 2x 120px wide skyscrapers would make the forum a bit thin though .. especially if your on a fixed width template.

If your trying to get them on only selected pages, then you might be able to achieve it by ading your own module positions:
docs.kunena.com/index.php/Where_I_can_insert_advertising%3F
docs.kunena.com/index.php/Own_Module_Positions

Thank you nzjacob.

Unfortunatley my joomla template has just a wide right hand module.

The best way, as you highlighted may be add my own module positions to the kunena template.

Cheers.
