Question Reply posts showing as first post instead of last post

Hello. If this has been answered, can you please direct me to the right thread?

I've been using Kunena for about 3 months now and there is a consistent bug.

When a user replies to a new thread, the reply shows up as the first post and bumps down the original post. Every reply keeps showing as the first post. The replies should be showing below the first post.

I've checked the admin side and also all the user settings. All of them are set to new post last.

I've been correcting this on the database side but it is time consuming and sometimes a big headache when there are too many replies.

Is there a solutions to this? I appreciate any help and input. Thank you.

Yes, this question has been answered many times. There is no "global" setting to change the order of how messages appear; the order is determined by each user.

See. for example,

• Change Order Of Post ;
• Thread Order ; or
• Reverse the order of the response .

I am experiencing the same problem. Even though this may be set by the user, I have checked their settings in admin panel and there is no indication of users setting "last post to first". How can I resolve this?

I find myself deleting post because of this.
