Question cant see forums

Have seen other threads and tried their solutions but I remain unable to see a single forum board if i am not logged in caribbean-diving.com/home-mainmenu-1/discussion-forum

Is there some technique for creating a new forum that will show for the public in case I misunderstood the admin settings or an image showing the correct setting. But I think I'm doing what looks right.

Some times ago I have written those two very extensive tutorials, they should answer all your questions:

In the second tutorial I had inserted a selfmade graphic, perhaps a look on it, make things clear, without reading whole tutorial:

Thanks for your help those settings are the same. And I set up a forum on another site no problem so I wonder if there is some bug.

If I just create a forum with the default settings that should be visible, but it isnt so something is wrong somehow. Could it be a community builder problem ? I have that installed

SOLVED there is a setting in the config that also overides everything , I had it set wrong.
