Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

So the answer is NO to both features? 
But what if I only want to block users from the forum and Not the rest of the Joomla site?

still wish that i can write my forum signature through a jomsocial plugin and do it from my jomsocial profile

well it would be super good if kunena introduced a user warning system and banning system. so features could be that you can:
- set the amount of warnings before the user is automatically banned.
- moderators can give warnings and write reasons why and so another moderator can see how many warnings a user has been given and the reasons why
- a feature where users can report another user for acting inappropriately
- a setting so that after so many user reports you can have it automatically ban a user
- ban a user for a set time period (eg 1 day or month etc)
- ban a user only from the forum and not other parts of the site
- only ban a user from writing in the forum
so these bans can happen automatically after a set number of warnings etc
