I would to ask about something like this:

I want to create a categories:

"Anonumously"

In this category, anyone (without registration!) could create an own thread, discuss, talking to anyone.

And now:

Any registered users, who has been registered, and has over 100 posts, will be a moderator in this category: delete (spam, otrer irrelevant posts), change a topics and other.
Only in this category will be many moderators.

How to do, something like this? It is possible?

Creating categories is possible, but in Kunena 1.5.5+ and only if you have installed latest GroupJive (1.8 B4). But GroupJive only allows registered users to make new groups / forums..

If you didn't mean to allow users to create own forums -- just talk in them, then you currently need a hack to allow anonymous posting in this category. It should be relatively easy to do.

There is no auto assign for moderators and it's not the easiest tasks to do in K1.5.
