Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

Hi!

I wonder if there is possible to, in some way, create group access for categories in Kunena? I know it copies the access levels from Joomla but in my forum I need more access levels.

For example,
One group with users with access in a category should not be able to post a message in a category that another group of users have access to, and vice versa. Is that possible?

Hi Linda, I just implemented the "recommended" approach two weeks ago. Search this forum for the joomla extension "control" and private forums. You can also search for threads by jbhawaii who explains how to do it.
