This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

Question attachement fields
tell me if it's any possibility that "image & file attachement" fields not be seen even the moderators or publishers. (only administrators can see them)

Images and attached files can be viewed by logged-in only registered users (as long as you enable the setting) in K 1.5. You can further restrict content by wrapping things inside "confidential" tags but such confidential content is still viewable by moderators. Ultimately, though, what people can see is determined not by whether there are BBcode tags protecting such things, the protection is controlled by whether or not people have access to certain categories of your forum or of your website.
It seems to me that you want somewhere for your site administrators to discuss matters, separately from your moderators. I suggest you read Sections, Categories, sub-Categories (Part 2) - advanced setup for special groups .

"Note: (Super)administrators and moderators are always able to upload images."
That means I can only if I change the source code. But I don't know where.

When it comes right down to it, moderators are just about as powerful in running your forum as administrators. If you don't want moderators uploading files then you shouldn't make those people moderators. You can save yourself a lot of expense if you simply issue a request to your moderators saying "please don't upload images or attachments".
If you are genuine about tackling this problem with a technological solution then it I suspect it can be done by modifying something, probably in the module ../components/com_kunena/template/default/post.php but I can't guarantee that. If you want someone else to do this for you, then I'm sure you can come to some arrangement with someone to do it for you.
