This is not a support forum for sh404SEF or its related products. For sh404SEF support you should visit sh404SEF .

The information given in this category is intended to guide users who want to use sh404SEF with Kunena and, mostly, was written by Kunena users. The information here is not necessarily accurate, up-to-date nor is it intended to replace the support given by the developers of sh404SEF.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Thank you for providing us with your configuration report. I can see two things that will affect how people are able to access the forum on your site:

(1) sh404sef: please read To what extent does sh404SEF support Kunena? . You should contact the developers of sh404sef if you encounter any problems using K 3.0.4 with their product(s).

(2) You should change the forum integration plugin settings as shown in red below:

Kunena - AlphaUserPoints Enabled: activity=1 avatar=0 profile=0 activity_points_limit=0
Kunena - Community Builder Enabled: access=0 login=1 activity=0 avatar=1 profile=1 private=0
Kunena - Gravatar Disabled
Kunena - JomSocial Disabled
Kunena - Joomla Enabled: access=1 login=0
Kunena - Kunena Enabled: avatar=0 profile=0
Kunena - UddeIM Enabled: private=1

I hope this helps.

Uninstalling SH404 resolved the primary issue. In your post you suggest correcting the red items. Actually dont know how I missed that, but usually Im careful to read about compatibility problems and for whatever reason we didnt have an issues during testing. Glad its gone as a mis-behaved piece of software is never a nice thing so thank you for the guidance.

Am I to assume that these are settings you suggest addressing in the second part of your post are in the plugins? I would assume a 1 is enable and 0 is not, but can you please confirm?
