Just installed language pack voor 3.0.1 and the error is still there.
Furthermore when trying to make a language override for those two lines, it doesn't work. Strings are found with wrong "translation", but when changing to correct "translation" no difference in frontend. Hence, still necessary to change .ini file.

I have just installed kunena forum 3.0.2 with the latest dutch language pack. When i view my profile the <div id="kprofile-stats"> shows some weird and incorrect date formats (see image and code). When using default english language this problem does not occur, but since it has nothing to do with actual text i think the problem isn't in the translation files.

It seems the problem lies the functions like:
Code:
KunenaDate::getInstance($this->registerdate)->toKunena('date_today', 'utc');
in default_summery.php

Code:
<div id="kprofile-stats"> <ul> <li><span class="kicon-button kbuttononline-yes"><span class="online-yes"><span>Aanwezig</span></span></span></li> <li><strong>Registratiedatum:</strong> <span title="9 maanden 3 weken geleden">18 dec J</span></li> <li><strong>Laatste bezoek:</strong> <span title="29 minuten geleden">Vandaag</span></li> <li><strong>Tijdzone:</strong> GMT +2:00</li> <li><strong>Lokale tijd:</strong> 1381929634:10</li> <li><strong>Berichten:</strong> 1</li> <li><strong>Profielbezoeken:</strong> 0</li> <li></li> </ul> </div>

@pstreef: Problem definitely is in language files. See solution for override earlier in this post. You'll have to search for the language string in administrator language files (=beheergedeelte).

Thanks, i had looked through all the language files in /languages not in /administrator/languages.. This indeed solved the problem!

I did look through the forums. The link you provided does not indicate where the file may be. Like I said, there are 11 files in the Joomla/components/kunena/language file and I do not see a setting anywhere in there.

That's exactly why Joomla has language overrides. Just copy the constante from earlier post in the searchfield and click on the result.

I understand that this issue has finally been put to rest in the language pack for K 3.0.3.
