Important User Types Instead Of Ranks

There was a problem Fireboard. It was not possible to dispay user rankings according to their number of messages. No matter which related parameter I tried, I couldn't make it show the ranking.

Actually it showed the rankings but not for all user types..For Admin users "admin" was showing up instead of ranking.

I was hoping that this problem would be eliminated in Kunena but No.

I am still seeing user types indtead of rankings for some of the users only. The ranking of non-admin users is shown correctly but not for admin users.

Did you install all images in the folder of your used template (screenshot , red borders)

If you use template_ex, they must be put into

/components/com_kunena/template/default_ex/images/YOUR_LANGUAGE/ranks

and you may not rename the images.


Second point: Did you set the admin.rank to special?

Thank you very much I really appreciate your help..

Admin user types were not set to special and no of messages were not zero.

I changed them as you suggasted. I checked out the ranking directory and ranking images were all there (I didn't put them there, they were already there)

But nothing has changed. I tried different settings for bot show user types and show user groups fields in the Kunena settings but these two settings don't seem to have any effect whatsoever...All I can see is just "admin" for every admin user but not their rankings based on the posts.

Do you use another language file as english and are the images in the right template?
More answers I don't have

Actually I just override the content of the language file with my language file without changing the file name..I mean i renamed the turkish.php as english.php as I couldn't see any language selection option in Kunena admin. And I've done the same for the icon pack. I simply overwrote the original icon directory of default_ex with turkish icons.

The images must be in the right places because I can see the rank images alright, only the rank labels wrong (and of course, if a user is an admin, admin image shows up (the full red one)
