Question Email from pkg_kunena_v6.0.0-RC3-DEV_2022-05-02

I only get a message when I create a new topic
This is actually the kunena mail that comes in when a new topic is created.
but not when I respond. and received mail says nothing no data from which topic etc
can't set height and width ?

I had added the language string "COM_CONFIG_SENDMAIL_BODY in the build only fonr english, which default language is set for frontend ?

it is on English language but it is indeed a multi language website. English, German, Dutch I also set preferred language to Dutch but it didn't matter.  Will try again on Another Live Site

If you test again, you will get the same result. This error still exists, I have tested it.

I have just figured out that i had added the string COM_KUNENA_SENDMAIL_BODY but in the mail template it's COM_CONFIG_SENDMAIL_BODY so i need to change that

On which Php vesion do-you testing Kunena 6.0 ? Is-it possible to test that part on Php 8.1.x ?
 

I have uploaded just now a new nightly build, if can try with Php 8.1.x too

when new testing with PHP Version 7.4.27and 8.0 and 8.1 pkg_kunena_v6.0.0-RC3-DEV_2022-05-03
change nothing that I can observe.
Also tested with Email Plain Text Emails preferences in kunena on/off

It has no effect in Kunena 6.0 even if you set it, the subscriptions mail in Kunena uses the MailTemplate thing from Joomla! it's a new thing in Joomla! 4.x www.joomlashack.com/blog/tutorials/joomla-4-templates/

There is an issue when you do an update from previous nightly build of Kunena 6.0 to the new one, the part which make the update fails to change the strings of mail templates. If you do a clean install of Kunena 6.0 the notifications mail should work

I did a clean installation on both test sites but now I don't get any messages from kunena topics etc anymore
so I'm still trying to figure out what's causing that all of a sudden
Here's another report about extra test site that doesn't send an email from kunena

Okay the clean install joomla4 and Kunena pkg_kunena_v6.0.0-RC3-DEV_2022-05-08.only gives Emails to the Administrator after I have added an extra user as a tester.Only I notice that the tester does not receive a notification email when his topic is responded to (maybe I still have settings wrong)And the picture as an attachme nt shows what kind of E-mail I receive with separate content pointing to location somewhere in kunena folders
