Kunena 7.0.8 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.8 [K 7.0.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

[K4.0.3] File attachment problem when use Ñ was created by ssh

Problem:
File attachment disappears when use Ñ within the file name

How to reproduce the error:
Create a new .docx and name it MYDOCUMENTMYNAMECALCAÑO.docx
Upload file as attachment

Results:
You will notice that the file has no link for download.
It looks like this:

Tested with:
Kunena 4.0.3
Blue Eagle 4.0.3
Joomla 3.4.3
Chrome 43.0.2357.130 m

I can confirm that this is the case with K 4.0 Blue Eagle. In my test I attempted to upload a file with "ñ". It looks as though filenames containing non-accented Latin characters are affected and it may have been caused by one of the recent changes made to the K 4.0 Blue Eagle variant: e.g. #3273 , #3057 or something else that I have not been able to locate.

What is important to note is that this problem did not exist in K 3.0.8. The problem (of the missing link) is a new problem created in K 4.0 affecting Blue Eagle and similar derived from it.
