Joomla 3.4.4, new installation with sample data installed. Trying to install Kunena 4.0.6. The web page display shows nothing useful (see the attachment)

My HTTPD error log shows:

Under Plugins, "System - Kunena Forum" already shows as enabled. As well, the following are also listed, with status:

Kunena - AlphaUserPoints Integration (disabled)
Kunena - JomSocial Integration (disabled)
Kunena - Community Builder Integration (disabled)
Kunena - Gravatar Integration (disabled)
Kunena - UddelIM Integration (disabled)
Kunena - Kunena Integration (enabled)
Kunena - Joomla Integration (enabled)

I'm a little surprised that two of them show as enabled since the installation didn't really seem to even get off the ground. I don't think it's a permissions issue, since the com_kunena directory was created.

Other thoughts?

Well, this just gets stranger. I noticed in the administrator area that "Kunena Forum" was listed under Components. I selected the Dashboard, and was suddenly presented with the list of logged events that a (successful?) installation would (I guess) typically put up. Right after that I was redirected to the actual Dashboard.

It seems that Kunena is installed and functional, although I am obviously a little uncertain since the installer had said it failed, and my HTTPD log shows several error messages. Perhaps issues with the installer that should be addressed in a future release?

Then I think you have a conflict plugin by a 3rt party. But good to see its installed for you.

Nope, no plug-in conflict, because there were no plug-ins. I installed Joomla 3.4.4, then attempted to install Kunena. There was nothing else installed, and Joomla was pretty much out of the box. I set the SuperUser password, and the title of the site, and installed the sample data purely to have something on the home page. That was it -- about as pure as you can get.
