Solved Remove dots and numbers from page title

I want to remove these four dots and numbers (as shown in pic) from the title tags. please help to solve this issue.

This will not remove the page numbers on pages such as recent topics ect... I don't see why anyone would remove them because of duplicate meta titles. The page numbers help distinguish them one from another making them unique.
