G'day, hydrox611, and welcome to Kunena.

There is probably a good reason why your forum remains "offline". Perhaps your forum is offline because the installation was not successful? Perhaps, if we saw your configuration report - which you did not include in your message to us - we may know more. :dry:

It is possible to change your forum from "offline" to "online" by changing the configuration setting or, in extreme cases, directly modify the value in the database.

Thank you for your reply. I have looked at your configuration report which shows "board_offline = 0" which means you should not be seeing the message "The forum is offline for maintenance". It seems as though there is something not quite right with the installation of Kunena on your website.

I noticed that you have another phpBB forum running on your site. Do you require two different forums?

As a suggestion, you can re-install K 3.0.1 on your site and, as long as you do not uninstall the K 3.0.1 you already have, you will not lose any forum data. You might like to try that. See K 3.0 Upgrade Guide for more help.

Theoretically, if you DROP the table xxx_kunena_configuration and re-install Kunena then things should return to normal. Alternatively, try restoring your configuration to default settings.

This one has been beaten. :S

I mean to say that I do not know why this is happening in your case and I am beaten for an answer.

This is my suggestion:

1) use phpMyAdmin to look at the database tables;
2) find the table xxx_kunena_configuration and look for the value in the column board_offline
3) post here the value of that

Let's see if we can solve this mystery.
