I have installed a test version of Kunena_v3.0.0 to run in a J3.1 site under Wampserver. In the category manager I have granted access to public and in the security settings I have set 'allow guests to post/write' to yes. In this test version I want everyone to be able to do more or less anything in the forum.

But whatever I try in configuration and category settings I always get the message that public write access has been disabled by the administrator (see screen shot in attachment). What am I doing wrong?

Same here -- I have Kunena running on numerous sites --

Have set YES to guest postings but the front end shows no change.
Anyone else seen this?

Figured it out -- Extra settings in Category security!
