Solved Posting /deleting "freezes" using HotJoomlaTemplate

Hi,

Please can you help. My website is designed for diabetic scuba divers (Niche I Know ) I have been looking everywhere for a solution and I cannot find anything.

My site www.diabeticdivers.com is holding with the little circle rotating whenever I post, delete or create a new topic. It is actually doing the action it is just not sending you to a URL etc...

Please help as world diabetes day is on Wed 14th November and my site is being featured (Only released a month ago and I have not been able to fix the problem...)

PPS - Noticed that there is a #XX (Where XX is the reply number) on the redirect. If I delete this it directs to the right page and the action was completed; e.g)

www.diabeticdivers.com/index.php/discuss...ic-divers/10-welcome #45

I would suggest that you upgrade to K 2.0.2 first.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am glad as you always seem to get things working on other threads...

I have upgraded to 2.0.2. I have reset all of the configurations back to default. I have ensured all of the Kunena plug ins are active.

Still the same issue... When ever there is a redirect after changing a thread the URL has /forum/{Topic name}/{Thread Name}#XX Where XX seems to be the reply number. As soon as I delete the #XX off of the URL it loads correctly and the thread is posted/deleted etc...

Hi,

From what I can see this is being caused by your Joomla! template. I suggest that you also post on the support site for the template provider, they might be able to assist as well.

I had a similar problem with a template and got a fix from the template producers very fast (and I then posted the solution on Kunena.org for future reference ).

In the mean time I will keep digging to see if I can provide anymore assistance.
