Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Kunena Discuss has the discuss button on every single web page.   How do I select the pages on which I want the "Discuss" button to appear or not appear?

You can allow or disallow discuss for categories in the plugin settings. Toggle inline help to get help with those settings.

I apologize for my thick brain, but is there anyone who could help me with the Kunena Discuss over the phone? I need someone who speaks clear English. I am willing to pay for some help.

I need more hands-on help. I'm having a hard time understanding Category Mapping.    Additionally, I don't understand the mapping connection between Joomla Categories and Kunena Categories. I thought Kunena Discuss Categories was separate from Joomla Categories.

If there are any videos showing anything about Kunena Discuss, how it looks, or anything would be a good start.   Is there a website example showing Kunena Discuss in action?

I personally think the inline help is one of the best I've seen for a Joomla extension. So what part is not clear? You don't need mapping BTW (if you want all your discussions in the default forum category).

I will continue to figure out the K Discuss plugin by myself.   Thanks for your encouragement.      I've attached a photo showing my current settings.   Let me know if this looks good.  Thanks again
