Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Enable in the Kunena configuration (tab General) the debug mode. Then the error message is more precise.
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

Fatal Error was detected!

The error was detected in the Kunena Component.

Fatal Error: Method KunenaLayout::__toString() must not throw an exception, caught Error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in components/com_kunena/template/system/layouts/bbcode/attachment/default.php on line 0

Please enable mbstring extension in Php settings in control panel of your hoster or into your php.ini
