To the best of my knowledge, there has never been an "unread posts" view in Kunena. You can see which posts are not read by using the Recent Topics view.

Unread Post & Topic to without me post & Topic — this is important by me.

New filter in "Recent Topic" which leaves the view of this list only topics with new entries. NOTE, I would not want on this list were marked as new, unread entries that I added myself.
