Does it work with Joomla 2.5?

I wrote thiat module over 3 years ago, a long time before J! 2.5. No, that module will not work with J! 2.5.

If you want to make this work, yourself, then you can make it work. It's not that difficult if you know what to do. Otherwise, I could be persuaded (if money was involved) to make the necessary changes to make this work for you. As I wrote earlier in this topic:

How are you going? Were you able to download the source code and you're OK to perform the necessary changes to make this module work with K 2.0 (and J! 2.5)? Let me know if you want my help further.

I assume that, because we have not heard from TraaBBIT in nearly two weeks, that this topic can now be closed. It would be appreciated if TraaBBIT could share his success in making the Kunena Popular module work with K 2.0 and J! 2.5.
