after installing the forum onto a new 1.7 joomla system
I get "500 - an error has occurred" JHtmlBatch: :Language not supported.
when ever I try to access the menu manager (and other managers) it also dispalys the apge rather large.

I also find the help links and the rules page all call up the first home article and there is just as blank in the configuration.

Suggest that you enable Kunena debug mode and Joomla debug mode to obtain more information as to what, specifically, may be causing the HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

This doesn't look like Kunena problem (Kunena shouldn't affect Joomla menus). Something else is wrong.

Hi - yes its seems it not a kunena problem
if I google the error it looks like the latest release 1.74
as I have used this setup on 1.70 without a problem
I've un-install kunena and the problem exists.
I think I'll look into the Joomla upgrade.

You mean J! 1.7.3 (there is no J! 1.7.4) ... (too early in the morning for me, I scare easily! )
