Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.
This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Question pagination slider plugin

hi all
first i wanna say the new pagination style of kunena is really well. i was hating older one. it was seeming so unprofessional.
but as you know, new systemn adds three dots (...) when the topic has more pages than 7 pages (it is also default number)to numbers between a few numbers from start and last.
i added some modifications to pagination system that appears a popup menu button which can shows all page numbers with their links to reach easily all pages.
replace the files in zip file with your own, thats all. here is the files:

But what happens if you have 250 pages as I do?
I was going to add text field as well, where you can enter the page number. But I was running out of time, so it hasn't been done. I was also going to merge all pagination classes to one, but..
actually i made this for my forum. as you can see from capture my forum isnt so active place
first as you say i was thinking place an input field for jumping between pages, but then i thought its not useful entering page number and press go button for pages under a hundred. listing links is more useful (also it can not be useful for 250 pages as you mention
)maybe i can add a limit for listing (like 60) and when page number passes this number an input field can appear too

Hmm.. I have a proposal:
Why not show limited amount of numbers both sides of the current page. Like -10 .. +10. Much more than that is not useful because it's faster to write the page than to find it from long list.

still wish that i can write my forum signature through a jomsocial plugin and do it from my jomsocial profile

i think the more popup stuff the more chance of conflict/errors.
it would be good to have a page jump drop down list or page number Go box like above to be to the left of the current pagination
