Question Kunena search results does not show up in Joomla search (plg_kunenasearch1.6.0RC2)

Hello,

I have som problems on my site here: meegosweden.com

I have published the Kunena Search (plg_kunenasearch1.6.0RC2) plugin in backend. When I do search with the regular Joomla serach nothing from forum/kunena shows up.

This worked before with 1.5 and a plugin.

Is this suppose to work? What might I have done wrong..?

thanks for report, this is a known issue, and untill now i haven't the time to look this issue.

I have solved it now with a work around using this plugin: opensource.miniola.com/index.php/fireboa...kunena-search-plugin

It works for me on Joomla 1.5.20 and Kunena 1.6 stable.

It's works by taking this file from SVN : joomlacode.org/gf/project/kunena/scmsvn/...h%2Fkunenasearch.php

Replace this file in : plugins\search\

Ok, I noticed my workaround searches in old topics from 1.5 somehow.

I can't seem to uninstall my kunena search plugin. And all fields are empty:



I was trying to uninstall and then install a new fresh one and change the php file posted above. But I get a "Plugin Uninstall: Manifest File invalid or not found" error.

If I try to install kunenaserach RC2 again the installation finishes OK but still same issue. No serach results and no info on the kunenaserach plugin.

What can I do to remove this plugin completly? I did like to make a fresh install..
