Part of the config data is missing like a link to your site in the confidential section. Without being able the see at least the site this is going to be hard or impossible to diagnose.

In general Kunena 1.6 should be at least 2-5x (up to 10x) quicker than Kunena 1.5 (depending on size and configuration of the forum).

Have you tried running the site with Community Builder integration turned off?

Not that CB is the issue, but you could have other CB plugins installed that are cause this.
Are you using a third party SEF tool? As for SEF we caution its use (use of non Joomla SEF) for larger sites due to the performance overhead.
