CAPTCHA does not float like that on this forum at www.kunena.org so it's my guess that this behaviour is caused by your Rockettheme template. You might be able to diagnose as resolve your issue quickly if you use Firebug for Firefox and play with the CSS settings that are involved in displaying the CAPTCHA. For us to be able to help you, specifically, we would require a test account and the URL of your website.

Hi,
Thanks for chime in.
I can get you my backend access, but it's a live site not a test site.
Can you help me? where should I send the access, PM or Email?

I do not require backend access (indeed backend access will not assist in this case). We simply need to know the URL of the website and the conditions under which the CAPTCHA display comes "into play". Evidently this needs to be when an account actually invokes the CATCHA feature. Do you have a test account that exercises the function and can we use it?

You can post the details of that test account using the confidential tag, like this:
Code:
[confidential]Username: Password:[/confidential]

Thank you for the information but can you help us further by giving us the URL address of your forum, please? The information you gave us is only helpful in that context.
