I manage a greek Kunena forum and I have both three SEF options enabled in the backend.
However, all greek characters in the URLS are not rendered properly in IE...all is working fine in Firefox, Opera, Chrome...

For example, here is how the greek characters in the url are rendered
-http://www.eks-ik.eu/forum/%CE%95%CF%80%CE%B9%CF%84%CF%81%CE%BF%CF%80%CE%AE-%CE%99%CF%83%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%83%CE%B5%CE%BB%CE%AF%CE%B4%CE%B1%CF%82/34-%CE%9C%CE%B5%CF%84%CE%B1%CF%86%CF%81%CE%AC%CF%83%CE%B5%CE%B9%CF%82-%CE%9B%CE%BF%CE%B3%CE%B9%CF%83%CE%BC%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%BF%CF%8D-%CE%91%CE%BD%CE%BF%CE%B9%CF%87%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%8D-%CE%9A%CF%8E%CE%B4%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%B1-

Is this a Kunena problem or a IE problem, or both?

Thanks

Ok, good to know, however, I am not facing this problem with Joomla's UTF8 URLs...

If it is a IE9 problem, why doesn't it occur with Joomla's UTF8 Urls?

Ok, this is weird...

While the URLs are rendered in the way shown above when navigating the forum, when I click on the "Go to top" or "Go to bottom" links, the URL changes and the greek characters are displayed correctly!!

When I hit the "go to" links, latin characters (e.g #forumbottom) are inserted at the end of the URL...could this be difference?
