Question Poll not working

My Kunena forum is working like a charm now...just 1 little issue. I can't get the poll working like it should. I tried on the Kunena playground got it working there.

Do you have tried to remove the entry option1,2479, 0 from your database ?
Maybe i try on your site, if you give me an account ?

I erased all database entry's, now it shows just one option? (out of 3), still giving an internal Kunena error?

Try to disable sef to see what's happen

I disabled SEF, result is the same.

cleared database again....second test, no SEF, shows just 1 option?
