The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I can't figure out how to fix RokStories after installing Kunena 1.6. I've read some threads here and through Google, that Kunena updates Motools and the solution was to disable the motools system upgrade plugin. This didn't work however.
I'd appreciate it if anyone could offer some advice what I could do.

After disabling the motools upgrade plugin and legacy plugin, RokStories seems to be working again.

Correct, try to update RokStories, I'm sure that there are already working version compatible with mootools1..2, becouse Kunena dont work properly if you disable Mootools Upgrade plugin.
