Pagination error? was created by Legolas
Hello to everyone.

I have just update Kunena to 1.6 RC1 and I have a problem in visualizing the topic list when they are a large number (some of my threads have 200+ topics).
The fact is that the older topics aren't accessible, pagination numbers seem correct but when you click on another page number you get a message that tells you that there are no messages in the forum!
Any ideas on where could be the problem?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Here is the configuration as generated by Kunena

You mean topics have 200+ posts?

I have no issues in my forum where there are topics with 1000+ posts.

Can you investigate more and check if only old topics are broken or if you can reproduce the issue with new topics?

Can you also post broken urls (page 2 etc) into here?

No, I mean I have more than 200 topics in some of my threads. I have no issues with large number of posts.

This is the link to one of the threads I am talking about:
www.elfoladro.it/index.php?option=com_ku...t&catid=3&Itemid=181

try to click to pages 7 or more. I also noticed that the number of topics visualized in each page is not 25 as in the configuration.

Ah - I see.

You mean 200+ topics in a category. (Topic = Thread, Forum = Category (in many cases), Message = Reply)

Yes it seems there is an issue with pagination. It looks like you have set the config to display 24 topics per page. Page number 7 only has 17 (maybe really the last page...).

Have you tried recounting category statistics?

What versions have you have installed before? All the way back to Fireboard?

Did you ever apply any SQL changes to the underlying database?

Something does not seem to be right for sure. Just have not seen that behavior before.

We love stars on the Joomla Extension Directory . :-)

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I have some problem in explaining all the issues in english :)
I have already tried the recounting category statistics and, yes, I have installed all the forum updates starting from Fireboard. I had a similar problem with the default-ex template, solved deleting the showcat.php file used by that template. I have tried the same solution after the updating but it didn't worked.
I can't remember any sql changes to the forum database.

No worries, not all of us speaks English. :)

This surely looks like an issue in the database -- something has gone wrong. Did you use Joomla 1.0 originally?

Can you copy contents of this function (add your base url) into here:

/administrator/index.php?option=com_kunena&view=install&layout=schema

I also have other tests that can be used to check database integrity but I need to sleep first (getting too late in here).
