Question Linking from forum topic/post to place inside an article

Hi, all :)
Could not find anything, closely enough, related to this...:(
Has anyone ever attempted to place a link in the topic/post (like there is a way to insert an external link) a link to a specific place in one specific article within your site? Kinda like you'd do with anchors inside the article, when you can link from one place to another within the same article...
Can it be done from kunena topic/post?

I'm not quite sure that I understand the question. I understand the concept as far as articles HTML is concerned, but I'm not sure how this applies to Kunena messages.

If a webpage has an embedded anchor point then it's easy. You can use a URL syntax (the # character) to navigate to a specific part of the page. For example: The article, Kunena 1.6.1 Read Me has a number of named anchor points embedded it. One of these is docs.kunena.org/index.php/Kunena_1.6.1_R...party_Kunena_Modules .

Are you asking if you can embed named anchor points (sometimes called bookmarks) within Kunena messages? The answer is no. Are you asking if you can use URLs containing bookmarks in Kunena messages? The answer is yes.

Thank you, sozzled, you are on the right track with docs.kunena.org/index.php/Kunena_1.6.1_R...party_Kunena_Modules link.
What I'm trying to do is exactly the same thing, that is done with the above link.
Do I just add #anchorname at the end of the link to the article?

If you are talking about how to add a named anchor point or bookmark into a Joomla article, then you need to create the anchor in the article. You can't create your own anchors within a Kunena post. You might like to read www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/links.html or use Google to find out more about how to use anchors.

You can create anchors in Joomla articles. You cannot create anchors in Kunena posts. You can use URLs with bookmarks with the Kunena BBcode URL tag.

Thank you, sozzled, I appreciate your help very much :)
I figured how to create anchors/bookmarks inside the Joomla articles and how to link to them from within the article itself. That is not an issue.:)

You can use URLs with bookmarks with the Kunena BBcode URL tag.

That's exactly what I'm trying to figure out.
How, if you don't mind, exactly do you "construct" the link/BBcode URL tag in Kunena post to those anchors?
