Hi Guys

I've had Kunena installed on a website www.featherstoneroadclub.co.uk/ for almost 12 months now without any problems at all. It was v1.62 on J1.5.22.

The website has had no updates during this time but suddenly now, when Kunena is enabled the website crashes to a totally white page.

I've tried reinstalling v1.62 and even upgrading to v1.7 - still same effect

I've tried using a different Joomla template - same again.

I've not tried a complete reinstall of Kunena and removal of original data.

The site was last backed up in July (I know not good) and I've backed up site and tables again now.

Any help gratefully appreciated

Just in case; you should have at least 25% larger number in PHP INI to be safe.

Latest Kunena releases have some new features and it always means more memory to be spend.

I'm pleased to see that this problem has been resolved but I am particularly pleased to see the methodical way that the user (in this case, arlomaniac) worked through the problem! :) Of course, there are plenty of lessons here for other people and I hope that they read this topic first before they go off asking for help without trying some of the ideas here.
