Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Smilies showing put not inserting when clicked.
bbCode section not working when clicked.
Bold, Italics, Underline, Image Link, Preview, etc. options not visable.

Enabling Mootools - Upgrade gets the 'Bold, Italics, Underline, Image Link, Preview, etc.' section working.



bbCode still not working.
Edit button is not in line with others (Reply, Quick Reply, Quote).

Forum looks a bit odd compared to how it did before new site template. Big blank spaces after some posts.

There you can see the huge blank space after some text. That line that appears directly below the word Test shows in Chrome, but not in IE.

You can also see that the EDIT button is out of line with the others.


Without System- 'Mootools Upgrade' enabled my reply page looks like this:

Turn on debug mode to see if Kunena detects any issues.

I already know the answer: it will say that you are using too old Mootools version.

Go and enable System - Mootools Upgrade plugin.
