Question Error 404 when login

Hi,
I have a problem when i try to login (press the login button) in the Kunena forum. On the Kunena front page login is working, but when I go to the post, kategory, recent, etc,the login button gives f.ex.: 404 Not Found
The request /forum/2-kawiarenka/index.php was not found on this server.

I've tried J! 1.5.22, 1.5.23, 1.6.4, I rebuilded menu, and site was working only when the Joomla Sef turned off. I found similar problems in the Internet, but nowhere the solution.

I cannot see any configuration settings in your report. Did you remove them?

Finally someone posted information that helps me to identify the issue.

Three questions:
* do you have CB integration turned on?
* do you have 3rd party SEF component or are you using Joomla?
* in which browser do you see this issue?
