Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

K 1.5.8: Using Quote"button" truncates Subject was created by sozzled

While I was replying to another topic in this forum ( Move search box right of "welcome guest" ) I used the

button to reply.

You will notice that the original topic contains quotation marks ("). Have a look at message #37784 in that thread. You will notice that the subject has been changed from Move search box right of "welcome guest" to Move search box right of . Everything after, and including, the first quotation mark has been truncated.

You can try this for yourself. Press the

button on this message and see what happens to the subject. The subject will be truncated to K 1.5.8: Using Quote.

I think we've discovered a defect.
