Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Please check your permissions. In the Joomla Backend under Help >> System Info >> Directory permissions

Make sure all are green. Otherwise the install will fail to be able to copy certain files.

Try to disable the FTP mode. Maybe the ftp users permissions are different.

Just today I made a copy of my live site so I could have a test site and the site is the one that is not installing. I dont know if this info helps but I just installed in on my live site it worked fine it just the test site :(

The most common reasons for this are:
1) you have accidentally disabled FTP mode or you have not enabled it during/after installation
2) you have changed FTP password (if you have same username but different passwords, browser does it for you)

This is kind of errors are always Joomla! issues: it failed to connect to FTP server or moving file failed because of some unexpected reason.

There may also be incompatibility issue between Joomla and your FTP server.
