Question RokCandy (again) messes up smileys and BBcode

A have strange problem. I can't insert smiles and bb code into the text. If I try put the code as a ":laugh:" - this is working but if I click on the smile or BB code - is no result. Could you please help me? Where I should check this one?

• What version of Kunena are you using
• Whatt Kunena template are you using
• Have you always had this problem and, if so, when did the problem first appear.
• What are the actual symptoms of the problem: you wrote "I can't insert smiles and bb code into the text." What happens when you try to insert emoticons or BBcode into the 'text'?" What BBcode can't you insert? Maybe a picture would help.
• Is is possible for us to see a demonstration of these symptoms at your website?

At first, thank you for your help! At second:
1. I using Kunena 1.5.11
2. Default template
3. I not remember from which situation start this problem, but before I used 1.5.9 version and updated kunena when detected this problem. But problem is continue
4. Nothing! I click on the emotions, or BB code and nothing.
5. It's a new site and i still can't start up, because can't solve this problem. Now site is disable, but for 1-2 hour I think I can grant access.

I 3 days tried find the solution but no results! I did "Go to the Joomla Administration panel and Navigate to Components > RokCandy > Macros, here check the boxes beside the macros that have the category " Basic " and then select to disable the Basic macros."
