Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Dear friends,

My Site was www.thengapattanam.net

I am using kunena for more than 4 months.
Its working fine till last week.

I Installed SEF404 And Uninstalled it.

After that my Problem is My Kunena Forum is opening when U are a guest User , (Not Logged In to My Site).

But it shows 500 Internal Server Error after login.
This error is found For all Logged in Users including Admin User.

Please help Me.

An error 500 means that you have an error somewhere on your server, maybe in your server log if there is an error somewhere.

I visited the user's website. The user is not using the current version of Kunena. The user has also has User Joomla Style = Yes as a configuration setting.

Four important recommendations:
  1. Upgrade to K 1.5.11
  2. Review all Kunena configuration settings and change as necessary: please look at Configuration Tips
  3. Use default_ex template
  4. Please check if you are installed the sh404SEF plugin for Kunena and, if you did, remove it.
HTTP 500 errors are difficult to diagnose.

dear Sozzled, Thanks Friend.

But still the proble is not resolved.
I tried the various solution u explained here. Changed the Some COnfigurations in Kunena
and Updated to New Kunena 1.5.11

Still The Problem Persists...

Upgrading Kunena will change nothing in this case, like i said previously an error 500 means an problem on your server, with IIS there more problems than others things...
