Question Error: "File does not exist"

Hello,
Joomla v3.3.6, Kunena v3.0.6, JomSocial v3.2.1.4
got the following error messages in error.log of our apache server v 2.2:

components/com_kunena/template/blue_eagle/images/icons/online.gif

and also for components/com_kunena/template/blue_eagle/images/ranks

Of course thes files don't exist, are we supposed to have them
Did we miss something in the installation ?

Thanks for the report, i have checked into Kunena files and the files that you have in your error log aren't present in kunena.

We need check why these files aren't presents or if these fiels needs to be added.

hm.. I mean these images there were in the old versions Kunena 1.0 and Kunena 1.5.

This path is also out-of-date. Should be media/kunena/ranks

True—K 1.0 and K 1.5 both used GIF as the standard " category icon " image format—except that there was no Blue Eagle template in K 1.0.

The best way to help us to help you is to read the information that appears at the top of this page where we suggest you include your configuration report .

As rich mentioned, the pathname ../components/com_kunena/template/blue_eagle/images/ranks is wrong if you are using the Blue Eagle template for K 3.0; see Rank image folder .

My guess is that you are using an outdated template that does not work with K 3.0 and your configuration report will help us to know more.

Why do you have JomSocial - Kunena Groups 2.0.3 installed? This does not work with K 3.0. Please uninstall this plugin. See To what extent does K 3.0 support Jomsocial

K 3.0.6 does not work properly with sh404SEF. See To what extent does sh404SEF support Kunena?

Using sh404SEF could explain the outdated references to ranks and category icons on your site.

ok we are going to uninstall this plugin. Concerning sh404sef we've planned to move to acesef, we've got also issues between sh404sef & JomSocial, any problem between kunena & acesef ?

Yes, there are problems; AceSEF does not work with K 3.0 either.

Ok.
In mean time we've removed the v2.0.3 plugin.
We've checked again the log and errors are still there, always the same with always the same client. This one is the server itself ! didn't get any errors when other users access to the forum.
So we're lost, any idea ?
