I upgraded from version 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 ueddIM
And now I can not read my new private messages.
I can SEND ... But when I clik on new messages ...
The BOX is empy. HELP ME!!

First of all... this is not uddeIM Support forum, this is Kunena Support forum. Even though this particular partition is for uddeIM component problems individually, it not never... Stephan Slabihoud(uddeIM developer) is done also a very comprehensive FAQ, what you should read before/when using, when you use the that add-ons.

UddeIM is now in status 2.3 Stable but there is also some hotfix as you can see from the link which I sent there before.

Stephan's private message system is most used solution in free softwares stage in Joomla!... I think you can also find the way to use it.

There are several issues possible:

1. When your login module shows a new message it might be a bug in the module, so please contact the author (e.g. it might count the number of new messages in a wrong way).

2. After an upgrade of uddeIM when uddeIM does not show new messages even when you are sure that there is a new message available, you have not updated your database tables according to the README file enclosed with uddeIM.

Nevertheless you should get more familiar with the components you install. There is no version 2.1.2 of uddeIM, I am pretty sure that you are talking about Kunena 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 and about an unknown version of uddeIM.
