Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

forum header gone.. was created by madLyfe
just installed a fresh joomla install along with kunena rc and everything was fine but the menu item was setting kunena to recent topics and i wanted it to show the board index so i changed it and this is what i get. also now no matter what i change it to it stays the same:

If you mean the Kunena top (navigation) menu tabs are missing, then please confirm that I have correctly understood your question.

ok cool that worked, but shouldnt that be the default way of working? instead of having to go in and change it?

It normally is the way things work from scratch. Sometimes these things don't work and that's a bit of a puzzlement. We're trying to settle these things down so that users don't have to do a lot of extra post-installation patching-up. Unfortunately, just at the moment, it's one of those things.

just installed RC2 and i guess this buggie is still on the fix list, but i have another observation and it might just be a setting im missing.. i want the index to be the default for my forum.. so on a fresh install the top breadcrumb for kunena is "Kunena", but when that is clicked it takes you to "recent topics" instead of the index for the forum..
