I realised that all messages from different users apear to be from IP: 127.0.0.1

How can I fix this? this is the reason why kunena is not sending emails to subscribed users?

I have no idea.

All emails will be sent by the server which is in your local computer: 127.0.0.1. If you have this address in your server, it is misconfigured. Usually relays do not accept emails from this address, so it explains why emails are not sent to users.

I found the problem. My provider installed an accelerator for my website and it seams that there are 2 ways of getiing IP. One is local 127.0.0.1 and this one is used by kunena. The real ip is different.

How can I fix this in Kunena?

I think you need to configure Joomla to do that. Kunena uses email function from Joomla..

So set up SMTP in your Joomla configuration.

I found the problem. It was an accelarator placed by my hosting.

This accelerator filtered all IP and every message came from 127.0.0.1 with no email confirmation

It was not a Kunena problem

Thank you.
