Hi,
As much as I like this product, I would like to change the display of the Topic View buttons like "New Thread","Subscribe","sticky", etc.
I see that in this forum the buttons look really cool and much more professional. How can I possibly get such cool buttons on my forum

Wait a little bit for Kunena version 1.6 becomes stable. You will get different cool buttonsets like the one in this forum that you can choose in the template manager.
Check just two of the currently added sets.

I would also like to add a few comments to this topic. One of the major criticisms of Kunena 1.5 (and the software upon which it was built) has been that the forum control buttons are displayed as images. Aside from whether or not those images are well-designed, ashishb01 has nailed the #1 issue with his question ... how do you change them? Indeed there are many good reasons why users would and should want to change them.
If there's one major selling point of K 1.6 it's that the forum control buttons are no longer created from images but, instead, are created from pure text! :woohoo: What this means is that you can change the captions of your buttons, from "Subscribe" to "Keep me posted" or from "Sticky" to "Feature this", or however you would like.
Yes, you can wait for K 1.6 to become "stable" or you can download the beta version and experiment with the features now (using a test site, of course). Please believe me: the time you invest now, trialling K 1.6, will be repaid one-hundredfold in terms of the knowledge you will gain when K 1.6 is released as a stable, supported product.
