Replying or quoting within a channel does not work. Class "KunenaView" not found was created by whw
I have successfully installed Kunena version 6.0.8 within Joomla 4.2.7 using PHP 8.1.13.

Observed behavior

When I try to reply on a post, by using "Reply" or "Quote", this leads to the error

0 Class "KunenaView" not found

This happens as equally using the template "Helix Ultimate" as well as the default template of Joomla.

All tests performing the diagnosis provided by the Kunena extension passed successfully without any issue.

Problems since installed 4SEF was created by webgobe
Since installed 4SEF most of my links are dead, and even the links on the Kunena pages I have still up there are all dead.
I use Kunena since 1.* - is one of oldest Joomla components I am still using, and I am here from the very first Joomla release. Until now I managed to carry on with me the forum through ALL upgrades, and worked on J4 too until I added the 4SEF.  BTW, I ALSO used sh404SEF for eons... so I have accumulated some experience in using Kunena with that product too.
Right now I am clueless, and any typ on how to mix these together in a working setup is highly appreciated.

We do ban users who post spam. The accounts that are posting spam are older accounts and usually spam in our case comes through new users.

Why do not ban users when they post spam? There are two possibilities:
Ban from the website, or ban from the forum. Ban from the forum only removes the user's write permission.

Spammers posting through existing users was created by lmcclain
We are seeing spam posts come through some of our lost standing users on our forum. Any strategies on how to clean this up?

Maybe have him reset his password? I have updated Kunena to the latest version.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Admin Joomla > Tools > Synchronize Users with Joomla users'
Click on ' Sync'
See error

I use R Antispam (Rantmil) and its saves me lot of time in stopping BOT registrations. Majority of mine are BOTS using two capital letters in the user name.
 
I ended up just requiring all new users to be approved by an Admin. I also see 20 or so registrations per day where the user name ends in two upper case letters. They're easy to delete. The rest require a closer review but I've gotten pretty good at anticipating spamsters.

K6.0.6 in Joomla 4.1 - Can't create categories, can't run Tools was created by kgeary
It's Kunena 6.0.7
No categories were imported during the migration? I can't create new categoires. All the posts were imported from the migration but they don't display since there are no categories.
I can't run the TOOLS in the dashboard.

Thanks for the tips.
The tester says that my DMARC policy "has been correctly set up"
SPF is correct and DKIM also - both are shown as "valid" in Cpanel and they show as 10/10 on mail-tester.com

I have changed the DMARC policy to v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; just to see if that makes any difference.

I have also been playing around with the settings in the USERS tab of the config in Kunena. There is a field "E-mail to Multiple Recipients" which was initially set to 50 which i assume meant that emails were sent out with bcc up to 50 emails. I changed this to 5 which didnt make any difference and now to 0 - but im not clear if that means 1 email at a time is sent or all of them are bcc'd !
The message from Google is "550-5.7.1 duplicate To headers" - if it was a dmarc issue wouldnt it say that?

I'm working on a new Joomla 4 website with Kunena and Community Builder
I just update the website from joomla 3.10 to Joomla 4

In this menu link
I want customer create a forum topic in a specific category

Need to login before doing this action (topic creation)
if i login i jump into an error 404 page ???

If i use a different way and i Loging first with CB login
No problème in that case, i can create my topic; no issue with my menu link

More strange i have another kunena 6.0.7 where i have no issue

Image upload not possible was created by flowheater
Hi all,

I´ve migrated a few days ago form Kunena 5.x to Kunena ´m not able to upload images (png, jpg, …). Common attachments (txt, pdf, zip, ...) uploaded without issues.

As soon as I try to upload an image larger than configured I get a notice in the fronted, that’s fine. But for proper images it seems something is blocked?

Has someone any idea?


Environment
Windows 2016 Server with IIS 10
Joomla 4.2.6
Kunena 6.0.7
Tested with PHP 8.1.12 and 8.2.0
