Kunena 6.4.8 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.8 [K 6.4.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

This is for users to help other users, to discuss topics that relate to migrating from other web-based forums and converting the data into a form that will operate with Kunena.

It is important to note that the Kunena team does not have a standard, recommended or supported protocol for these ideas and that posting questions in this category may not receive advice from team members.

Hello,

I just downloaded Kunena 2.0.1 with the impression that there was a phpBB3 migrator avaliable but see now that it is still under development for v2. I need to get my forum back up within the next two weeks. Considering this, would you recommend I install an older version of Kunena to migrate from phpBB3 then upgrade or should I wait for the v2 migration application?

I saw that but seeing how it's been six weeks and no migrator is available and I'm on a time limit I thought I would ask, hoping to get an updated answer.
