Hi, sorry but because I do not have EasySocial in my 'arsenal' I cannot reproduce. If you have a test environment that I can have access to I would be glad to have a look as to why and maybe come up with a fix.

Hello Ruud ... I can give you access to the back end of the website, including FTP. The site is backed up daily, so any corruption can always be restored. How can I privately send you access?

Thanks ... Christoph

Hi Christoph,
I proposed a fix: if you can confirm that it works correct that would be great.

Hello Ruud …

I checked this morning and it appears to be working now.
Instead of the code string, the text “Read More” now appears in the EasySocial Stream.
Thank you very much for your persistence and follow-up…! I very much appreciate your time and dedication to this issue.
The only thing better than Kunena is Kunena. Oh, and yes, the team.

Big Thanks … Christoph

Hello Ruud ...

Just checking with you before updating Kunena from the 6.0.4-DEV which you installed to resolve the Code String issue with Discuss/EasySocial. Can I install the update Version 6.0.4 without losing the fix. (Is the fix included with V-6.0.4?)

Thanks ... Christoph

The fix is included in K6.0.4, but a backup is still recommended before upgrading.
