Kunena 6.4.9 & Kunena 7.0.1 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.9 [K 6.4.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.1 [K 7.0.1] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

I see problems with your database and your menu. Check that as well.

1. install Kunena again and afterwards go to the dashboard (it should solve the database collation)
2. install the current Kunena language package (it should solve the editor problem)
3. adjust your wrong created menu items (links of other menus, which are linked to the forum, must be Menu Item Type = Menu Item Alias )

I tried those suggestions but still have the issue. I have a bunch of similar servers and the editor works fine in all of them.

In the lower area of the menu marked by @rich, the path points to an old Kunena version from 02/05/2017
Delete these entries and possibly recreate them.
