Solved Issues after upgrade to J4

Like many others, I have had huge problems in upgrading an existing Kunena installation from K5 + J3.10 to K6 + J4.3. After carefully reading other threads I have manually converted the database for use with J4/K6, plus adding the SampleData column. It now seems to be working, but I have two issues that are still noticeable:

1. Although I have activated the plugin for Community Builder, the CB profile picture is not appearing against posts as the avatar. I just get the default symbol.
2. At the top of each page it shows the Offline messageThe Forum is currently offline for maintenanceeven though it's online, visible and apparently working.

Can anyone assist?

At the top of each page it shows the Offline messageThe Forum is currently offline for maintenanceeven though it's online, visible and apparently working.

This happens when something was not completed during the Kunena installation. In this case, it's only visible for Admns.
Try to install Kunena over it again, but create  backup first.

Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!

Check with phpmyadmin in your database at XXXXX_kunena_configuration
whether there is a 1 under board offline, if so change it to 0 and save
the xxxxx stands for your table prefix

No, it's set to 0. But thanks for the suggestion.

I have just checked Report Configuration and note that many tables are shown as having the wrong collation. Can someone remind me how I fix this?

Well this is odd. While Report configuration says there are wrong collation types, phpadmin shows they are all correct utf8mb4_unicode_ci so what is going on?

Diagnostics found some problems immediately after upgrade/installation but shows all clear now.

Despite what phpAdmin said about collations, I reset all collations and Report Configuration now shows all collations good.

Problems remain.

It's a shame, but early this morning I could still see the test site, but now the entire site is offline via Joomla.
I could then see that you are working with the tz_jollyany template.
astroid 2.6.6 but
It is not the case that the message remains in memory, so use the clean cache button in the template.
and also tried in the kunena forum: configuration there
Set Forum Offline to yes and save. (clear cache)
then set Forum Offline to No again and save (clear cache)
whether that helps
and there are also no errors in joomla management > database?
